Finding a therapist isn’t just about booking an appointment, it’s about finding someone you truly connect with. 🤍
Someone who makes you feel safe, understood, and never judged.

The right therapist won’t rush you or try to “fix” you overnight. They’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you’re feeling, and support you at your own pace.

And if it doesn’t feel right at first? That’s okay too. Not every therapist is meant for you, and it’s okay to take your time finding the one who is.

Because when you do find that connection, it can change everything.

Behind the practice 🌿

Meet Lauren! Someone who believes in the power of slowing down, meaningful one-on-one conversations, and creating space to just be. 🧘

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find her spending time with animals, playing sports, getting lost in a good video game, or enjoying a quiet morning with coffee (ideally by a campfire ☕️🌿).

She values connection in the simplest ways…whether that’s through nature, routine, or genuine conversation. And that same energy carries into the work she does every day.

Because sometimes, the most important part of therapy is simply feeling comfortable enough to show up as yourself.

Between school, friendships, family, and figuring out who you are…it’s normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes. 🌪️

Therapy gives teens a space to talk openly, feel heard, and learn ways to handle stress, anxiety, and big emotions in a healthy way. It’s not about having something “wrong” with you, it’s about having support. 🌱

Every teen deserves a place where they can be themselves without judgment.

Meet Stephanie Rebideoux.

Stephanie brings creativity, compassion, and authenticity into the therapy space. Outside of sessions, she enjoys expressing herself through art, crafts, and music — creative outlets that help her stay grounded and connected to herself.

Her faith and quiet moments spent reading bring her a sense of peace and balance, which she carries into the way she supports others. 💫

Stephanie values relationships where people feel heard, validated, and respected…something she strives to create for every client who walks through the door. 🚪

Getting to know the humans behind the practice is important to us. Therapy is built on connection, and that starts with the people who make up our team. 🫂
