🍎🦷 "An Apple a Day Keeps the Dentist Away?" Let’s Bite Into That! 😄

We’ve all heard it — but is it really true?

👉 Apples do help clean your teeth while you eat them! Their natural crunch can scrub away plaque, and the extra chewing boosts saliva production (which helps rinse away food and bacteria).

BUT here’s the catch:
🍏 Apples also contain natural sugars and acids that can sneakily attack your enamel if you’re not careful. So while they’re a tooth-friendly snack in moderation, they’re definitely not a substitute for brushing, flossing, and seeing your favourite dental team (that’s us! 😁).

💡 Pro Tip: After eating apples or other fruits, rinse with water and wait 30 minutes before brushing.

So sure — eat the apple.
Just don’t skip your dental visit. 😎
