The Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Breakthrough journey unites deep, rhythmic breathing with intentionally curated music to move energy out of the head and into the body where real change happens. It works to regulate and reset your nervous system, release stuck emotions, stress and stagnation, and encourages the mind into a non-ordinary state of consciousness where you will reconnect with your inner drive and clarity, and turn intention into embodied action🔥.
🎧This session uses ✨WIRELESS HEADSETS ✨ to immerse your senses in a multi-dimensional sound experience that promotes more presence in your journey and comfort in your self-expression! You’ll feel as if you’re having your own personal experience as distractions are eliminated and the music, supplemented with my guidance, fills the space.
💫For the best breathwork experience, eat lightly at least 2 hours prior to the session and wear comfortable, loose clothing.
Please bring:
-a yoga mat (laying on your back is recommended, although not required for this experience)
-a blanket (you will likely transition between being cold and warm)
-an eye mask (disposable ones will be available)
-a thin pillow or folded blanket to lightly support your head if laying down
-a sweater if you tend to get cold easily
-water to re-hydrate after your session
-a notepad for those who want to journal about their experience
