We had such a wonderful experience this past Sunday with our 2nd Silent Meditation Day Retreat, titled 'If the Trees Could Speak'.

We practiced yoga together, shared meals, walked amongst the trees, enjoyed a Buddhist meditation & Shamanic Journey, painted pots and planted our very own Bonsai to take home.

What a nourishing experience! Thank you to everyone who participated.

If you haven't had the opportunity to meet Beth yet, she teaches our Monday Yoga Pilates Fusion class at 7pm and Wednesday Stress and Trauma Psoas Release Yoga class at 5:30pm.

Word on the block is she will put you through the ringer for core exercises and do it with a smile 😬 don't let her calm demeanor fool you!

Our Spring & Summer schedule has finally arrived 🎉 (Weekly Schedule is below)

We say a temporary goodbye to Anna and Lulu as they take time to spend with family over the summer.

We welcome Andrea on as a full time instructor with her Karma Class every Tuesday. You no longer have to worry about what week it is 😁

We have moved Yvonne's Vinyasa Flow to a more accessible day and time on Saturday at 11:30am. Looking for a little more of a challenging class? Look no further!

We have moved Aliz's Aromatherapy Slow Flow to 5:30pm on Fridays, and Staci's Lymphatic Love Hatha to 12pm on Tuesdays. We also welcome Jana on for our Thursday Classical Candlelight Yin at 7pm starting April 23rd.

We still might have a few minor adjustments or additions as we move towards summer. Follow us for more details 🤍

White Birch Wholistics is seeking an instructor for our Candlelight Yin class on Thursdays at 7pm.

👉🏼 This position is preferably for someone who is certified in Yin, MUST have a minimum 200 hour YTT and hold ongoing current insurance to teach yoga.

📢 Must be reliable, personable, able to work with minimal supervision/on their own, and are confident in their skills to instruct clients of all ages and abilities.
