We have some exciting news! is coming back in April to Breathe to share with us her Yoga wisdom!

Candy is a huge fan of Yoga over many years. She loves Walkerville and teaching at Breathe. Yoga is a place that keeps her energy flowing and her heart open. Candy believes that Yoga can raise the vibration of our world. An intentional yoga practice can keep us compassionate and kind in these challenging times.

Please join her on Wednesday evenings from 6 - 7PM for a Slow & Deep class. Candy will meet you where you are on your journey and provide a safe space for you to dive into your inner peace and strength with strong and grounded hatha poses.

~ JOIN KELLY LITTLE ON MONDAYS AT NOON FOR "WHAT'S FOR LUNCH"
~FRIDAYS, NEW START TIME. "FINISH STRONG" WITH SUSAN NOW BEGINS AT 5:30 -6:45 p.m. AND THE RETURN OF "THE COMMUNITY CLASS" OUR LONG STANDING DONATION BASED CLASS FROM 7 - 8 p.m.
