One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that glowing wedding skin happens with a last-minute facial. In reality, the best results come from a thoughtful, well-timed plan that starts months before the big day.

That’s why I created a Wedding Skin Timeline. I wanted to take the guesswork out and help brides feel confident, calm, and cared for every step of the way.

💍 9–12 months out: skin health, treatments, and skincare foundations
💍 6 months out: refinements, consistency, and collagen-boosting treatments
💍 3 months out: polishing and perfecting

Before and after a Tox appointment 💉

Ideally, a bride should explore Botox about 6 months before the wedding. Here’s a breakdown of why that timeline works well:

🗓️ 6 Months Before:
    •    Initial consultation and first treatment. This allows time to assess how her face responds to Botox (everyone metabolizes it differently), and to target key areas like frown lines, forehead, or crow’s feet.
    •    If she’s never had Botox before, it’s important to start early to avoid surprises.

🗓️ 3 Months Before:
    •    Follow-up treatment. If adjustments are needed (maybe she wants a bit more or less movement), this is the time to fine-tune. By now, she knows how it looks and feels.

🗓️ 2–4 Weeks Before:
    •    Absolutely no Botox now if it’s her first time. But for regular users, this is the last safe window for a maintenance dose. It gives enough time for full effect (typically 7–14 days) and for any minor bruising or swelling to fully resolve.

So, the sweet spot is starting at least 4–6 months out. That gives enough time for a natural, refreshed result without rushing or risking unwanted surprises before the big day!
