The Meals to Heal program in West Hants starts soon!

Meals to Heal West Hants is a community led, non profit program that provides medically tailored meals to people living with chronic or severe medical conditions in West Hants.

Meals are designed with oversight from a registered dietitian and prepared locally to support better nutrition, health, and overall well being. Meals are delivered weekly by volunteer drivers directly to participants’ homes.

The West Hants Access Clinic (48 Gerrish St., Windsor) will now be holding their West Hants Clinic for Women’s Health on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and Thursdays from 2:30 – 5:00 p.m. The clinic will be offering contraception and IUD insertions, menopause therapy, and PCOS care as well as Pap smears and STI testing to patients within West Hants without a primary care provider.

We encourage folks with a primary care provider to reach out to their practice and ask about options for care. If you require a female provider, contact us for more information.
