Being a parent to kids who are psychic can be tough, but it's also an incredible gift. They teach me so much and push me to grow. We're proud that Tyrell can support others on their journey. I’m not into New Year’s resolutions, can you tell?

Every year it starts again. New Year. New You. Burn it off. Fix yourself. Push harder!!

But have you actually looked outside lately? 🪾

The trees are bare. The animals are slower. The soil is resting. Nature is not hustling right now. 🐻

And here’s something most people don’t realize… the New Year didn’t even originally start in January. 📆

It was shifted in 46 BCE with the Julian calendar, pulling “new beginnings” away from spring, even though our bodies and the natural world are wired to reset with increasing daylight, growth, and renewal.

Doesn’t it make more sense that fresh starts belong in spring… not the dead of winter? 🌷🌼🌿

Winter was never meant for restriction!
It’s meant for rest. 🛌💤
For deep nourishment. 🥘 For protecting your roots. 🤎

So why are women expected to do the opposite?🙃 Why do we choose the coldest, darkest time of year to starve ourselves and overexercise? 🫠

If you try to sprint through winter, you don’t get stronger. You just burn out.😵‍💫

This is even more important to honor if you’re pregnant or postpartum!
Your body is already doing sacred work. Growing a baby. Making milk. Healing.

This season isn’t asking you to shrink.
It’s asking you to build. 💪🏼

Build minerals. Build energy. Build resilience. With real food. A slower pace. And support.

You don’t need a crash diet. You need a roadmap that honors your season.

This is your reminder. You’re not behind. You’re just in winter!
