A-No! While it would help, we can create plans using whatever you have to work with!

Q- do I need any prior experience in the gym?

A- No! We can start with the basics and go from there!

Q- do I need to workout every day?

A- absolutely not! We will make a plan specifically for you, your ability and how much time YOU want to spend a week working out!
