We are thrilled to celebrate Samm on her 3️⃣year anniversary with Families First! Samm began her journey with us by completing her 40 hours, then moved away to pursue her dream, only to return to Windsor to be closer to family and friends—and we’re so grateful she did.
Samm connects quickly and deeply with those she is called to serve. Families often tell us she feels like a close friend—or even like one of the family. She is naturally curious, taking the time to understand a family’s needs, as well as their preferences, so she can offer options that truly honour the life of their most treasured loved ones.
Samm is equally devoted to her team, always willing to go the extra mile to make life easier for both families and colleagues. Recently, she helped us adjust some of our offerings to better align with what families are asking for, ensuring we continue to provide meaningful, thoughtful services.
