Our Story
No matter what your experience level, our goal is to help individuals develop Awareness, and the Purity that exists within all of us. Hence our name - Pure Awareness.
Our classes begin with pranayama and end with meditation, and in between we use our asana practice to get into our body and the present moment. We do that by offering challenges that strengthen the body, increase mobility and balance, and help us foster equanimity in our daily lives, on and off the mat.
Sunday Soul Sessions were created to work on the “Inner Yogi” and feature a different facilitator every month that shares their wisdom to connect with the soul, Creating community, healing and connection.
