Happy Imbolc/St. Bridget’s Day! This Tuesday (February 3rd) drop in after 4pm for another Chill n’ Chat! Where like minded souls gather in our space to meet others like themselves to chill and be their magical selves. Whether you are a Lightworker, Empath, Starseed, Indigo Child, Psychic, Medium, or Magical Unicorn. If you have any Clair abilities and would like to learn more, meet others like yourself, share experiences and shine your Light. This is a safe protected space, we honour and welcome everyone. Even if you can’t explain your abilities, if you feel called to attend or wish to reach out for a one on one with me, please do.

There will be teas, and I’m sure Scottie will bless us with some of his wonderful baking. If you’re gluten intolerant or other, feel free to bring your own nibbles and/or drinks.

We’ll all craft for ourselves a St. Bridget’s cross. Traditionally made of reeds, and placed above doors or in rafters of barns to provide protection. I have willow branches that are speaking to me for this, and yarn that will be dipped in beeswax, and if you feel called to bring something, please do…please note: the trees are grateful that you do not cut their limbs in winter,🙏🏼 🌳💓

I will offer insight into current energies, how to maintain energetic hygiene and share any and all intuitive guidance that comes in. Random card readings may happen, Sound Reiki healings may happen, and who knows what else, as I said before, this is intuitively flowing.

All this and more! Just arrived yesterday and I’m so excited to share with you beautiful souls all these incredible new decks, oracle and tarot, and some books too! All were intuitively chosen, which is how much of what you find here is curated. Can I just say I’m pretty stoked that a deck spoke to me, very excited to soon be offering card readings from it. Eeeeee!

Hop into the frog, or shop from the video if the winter weather has you snowed in. Here in southern Ontario we have seen a fair bit of snow, not to mention other forces/energies at play to make us feel exhausted, and not just from shovelling snow! Currently the CME’s (coronal mass ejections) and the Schumann resonance have had activity that hasn’t been seen in a long time, but it’s a good thing, trust me on that. (Think when good things happened in the past, like when the Berlin Wall came down) I want you to know my Loves that you don’t need to suffer through it, I can provide guidance, as well as energy hygiene for y’all. We do not have to suffer headaches, dizziness, nausea, and other symptoms from this. Allow me to facilitate a frequency for you that sets you higher, one where you can feel Love & Light, and not fear and worry. Just cut that s**t out altogether.

Here’s the thing, when you’re checking out our FB page, you’ll notice that is describes us as holistic alternative something or other, yet the reality of who we are is so much more!
This platform only has a limited amount of choices and magical zen space where unicorns and dragons hang out, well it just isn’t one of them!
When you first arrive you’ll see that both myself and my husband are both artists and our work is displayed here in the shop. The shop is full of handmade local items, crystals, jewelry, cards (Greeting, Tarot, Oracle) Canadian incense, books, smudges that are not only made here but all the ingredients organically grown in our gardens, there’s lots more like energy wellness items and fun stuff too! A real bonus when apping is that i am an intuiyive and can help you find exactly what is needed, and if we don’t have it I can tell you where to find it!

Beside the shop is our Pottery Studio where people can call to book their date for making some wonderful mud memories.

What sets us apart from the rest is that this is a heart based small biz, a zen space to shop, create and heal! A place to shine your Light and feel the freedom to create.

And there’s a very good reason why people feel at ease here, at peace and calm and open to be themselves. It’s because when you are here you are experiencing what it is like to be in a protected space; not just physically, but also energetically. As a Lightworker I set a beautiful frequency chamber around this property. I am a frequency facilitator, that practices Sound Reiki. It allows me to shift energy, things like aligning Chakras, clearing homes, and the like.
I love to mix my Lightwork with some of the Workshops I hold here. You could enjoy making yourself a mug and have a Card Reading! How fun is that?!

May peace find you in 2026! Blessings to all on this Celtic solar new year January 1st.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling the new year vibes for a couple weeks now. I see Dragons everywhere I look, and I don’t just mean my dog 😂 Then again I’ve always believed in them, as well as many of the unseen. Just because we can’t see them does not mean they aren’t real. People believe in cell phones but can’t see wifi, or micro waves, or radio waves etc, yet find it difficult to believe in Dragons, Faeries, and Unicorns. Or the fact that the Sound Reiki I perform for healing others is simply me channeling Divine Light Codes. Let yourself believe, and whenever you’re in nature say a little thank you for all the work they do unseen to us. It’s thankless work and without us believing, they will become extinct.

Did you know Alders are often the first trees to grow after a forest fire or other forms of devastation. They are also found close to water, makes sense since they are associated with emotion and feelings. Representing support and foundations it’s no surprise that they were often used to build bridges. Offering spiritual protection, call on Alder if you are in a dispute of any kind, call on Alder and this tree’s spirits will act as a “bridge over troubled waters”

With the weather what it is, we’ve decided to close the shop today, Dec 30th, but if you find yourself reading our closed sign in the window, or you live local and can walk here, you’ll note there’s a phone number in case you are in need, so please call. Most people know that our house is next to the shop and studios, so we do have access this way. Please feel free to call us. In the past we’ve had people make their way up the to get to our place in weather like this. So please know we are here, we’re just in the studio/house, or outside shovelling! 😮‍💨

Hope you enjoy the funny video, I really didn’t want to do anything serious and the Grinch cry was pretty much how I felt when looking at the amount of snow fall, especially when I saw the kiln shed partly buried! 😭 🤦🏼‍♀️
Side note, look at our boys beautiful toe beans! His nails are growing in nicely, well most of them anyway, there’s a few fugly ones. We try to keep him from doing too many zoomies, easier said then done 🤦🏼‍♀️

What is a Wonky Frog?

Wonky Frog Studio is not just any shop, but our little shop with a lot. In fact, we even coined the “littleshopwithalot” hashtag. Our story began over 20 years ago as two artists taking on commissions and assisting with graphics. Continuing our story, we’ve expanded everything we offer, and are actively involved in our community to give back when and where we can.

In the shop you’ll find locally sourced handmade goods created with positive intention by our many Makers, including ourselves, owners Scott and Cat. We also have studios where you can explore your creative side. Both of us create for the shop, take on commissions, and teach.

In our Stoneware Potter’s Studio, we have many ways to have fun and create or even learn the craft in detail. We offer a one day Clay Date, as well as Pottery Lessons and Paint Pottery.

Cat is a SoundReiki practitioner, with a certificate in Usui Reiki and is in the process of obtaining her level II in Soundreiki . She is able to work locally or remotely to balance your chakras and activate healing energy with the sound of her voice. As an intuitive guide, she also works with angels & other spirit guides for the benefits of your well being.
