Freestyle Friday! Today we’re taking a tour round the shop, some new, some favs! Including Ruth’s books and her cards, which you see every Wellness Wednesday posting I do. Be sure to breathe today, chill and go with the flow, maybe get ready to join the rest of the planet in a global meditation tomorrow, it’s at 1pm where we are, check my Stories for other times. If you’re watching the Schumann resonance, you already see it, and feeling it, like something’s coming but ya just don’t know what?? Maybe it’s showing up as headache? Tired, heavy, brain is going but body is in rest mode, like gravity just turned up to 11! 😏 or maybe some anxious thoughts. Let’s get ourselves grounded, being around water is key, hydrate, a little breathwork and movement for flow, nothing major, just some flowing movements to say it all flows through me! We are receiving some new energy in our uppers chakras, so maintaining alignment is key to letting that all come in with ease and grace. Call me if you need a shift, we’ll literally take a few minutes to reset you. 😊

Thoughtful Thursday, here we are, and I’ve got something to ask of you, that you share this message with others. Maybe you’ve already started, or maybe this is news to you, whatever the case, go ahead now and give yourself five minutes to breathe, yup, today, you don’t have to wait…and just allow your energy to focus on peace, love, unity and respect, and send that outward, to all living beings.

And did you catch the reveal I’m working on?? Something special for our dear friends at market. Was gonna head there today, but the weather kinda sucks, so don’t go driving in this s**te my loves! But hey if you’re in the village be sure to head up to the lower hall at for Pie Day! I’m gonna hop up there myself soon! So if you come by, just call and I’ll walk back, it’s a village, so I’m not far! And I hear from Lynda she’s made her blueberry custard pie! One of Scott’s favourite! So I must go get him some for sure, lest I be in the doghouse 😬

Where denseness resides, energy cannot flow through with ease. Just like physical scar tissue in the body, if you don’t work that s**t out, then blood cannot flow through, and if you got crunchies, you know! 😏
It’s all about alignment! Gift yourself random dance moments throughout your day. Talk to your body “I release all negativity and fear from my body now, with ease and grace” and visualize that!
We no longer need to sit in/relive our trauma to be rid of it, nor do we need to pick at it like a bloody scab to understand it, just acknowledge it and let it go. Bye bye!
Why try to hold the river?? instead, be the stone shaped by it, a little worn, softened over time and beautiful in its’ purpose, strong and steady …and just let the river flow.

Scott and I have a new saying: “LISTEN! Cool your t**s on the bread aisle”!😏Y’all are getting a little antsy pants and can’t wait to get the jump on spring. Just like the woman in Finland explaining to visitors to her country that the bread named ‘Juicy Pussy’ is not what you think; so too is this time of year. It’s not quite spring yet. We’re in the last vestiges of reflection, and more so now planning for the year ahead. It’s time to ‘plant the seeds’ that will grow, but we cannot grow while still clinging to past, so let that s**t go! Let it be the fertilizer for your growth.

I received my own message when I was jonesin’ to ramp up, it was a magnet from Seth a beautiful gift well timed at me receiving it. It’s a little happy 🌼 in a pot, and it says ‘Just Breathe’ and inside the tab that holds his sticker/magnet pack together, he had hand written “Enjoy life” “after the rains, things will grow” …yeah. You know it, I feckin cried it was so timely. And I was grateful. Although I missed being here for his visit, his presence was deeply felt.
