Sundance this year, BEYOND WORDS. The only way I can describe it is as a feeling of unconditional love. One that penetrates the heart and rejuvenates the soul 💗

Sundance is such a loving, supportive, safe place to release that heavy load, to grieve, to share, to ultimately let go. We carry that trauma, grief, sadness, anger, despair, guilt within us and it begins to destroy us from the inside out. To be with others in such a beautifully created space, praying, dancing, suffering, and supporting one another through, is to me, the most profound way to heal 💙

For all those that make this ceremony possible. I am forever grateful. My heart is full 💖✨️
