Book a health appointment with your pharmacist at least 6 weeks before your trip to review required vaccines, preventive medications, and routine immunizations.

Pack enough prescription medication plus extra for delays, in original labelled containers. Carry a basic health kit and keep printed or digital copies of key medical documents.

Extra tip: Contact your travel medical insurance provider to ensure coverage of both emergency care and medical evacuation. Provincial plans may not apply abroad.

Preparation reduces preventable risk.
