Hey all!

Hope everyone got a chance to enjoy the weekend. It was beautiful out there!

Just want to give a quick update on the knee situation. As much as I had hoped I'd be back at it by now, unfortunately, I am not quite where I need to be. Although it's definitely gotten better, and I can at least walk on it now, I am still struggling with bending/stairs, and it's more of a hobble than a walk, lol. BUT!! It's more than I could do last week, so there's that. I no longer need the crutches, which I am thankful for, cause those really put my body through it.

I will be taking the full week off just to give myself a chance to get where I need to be.

Monthly cleans will be moved ahead one week, and my weekly/biweekly cleans will be canceled. I have already contacted everyone affected and will be reaching out to my monthly clients to update their next clean dates soon.

Please note, that even when I do return, I will be rocking the knee brace. This thing will unfortunately be my new accessory for at least a few weeks, but all is good. It's like a hug for my leg, and i don't really mind it, if I'm being honest lol.

This has been such a struggle for me, and the sooner I can get back to it, the better. I am going more than a little nuts, and this has been so stressful.

I know I say it in my posts all the time, but I truly hope you guys know how amazing you are. I have worked so incredibly hard to build this thing, and when something like this happens, the thought of losing it all hits, and I panic and start to spiral. This has been so challenging, mentally, physically, and financially. Your support and genuine caring and kindness has meant so much to me. The private msgs, cards, and just patience and understanding has gone such a long way for me through all of it. You guys make me so incredibly proud of what I have created, and make it so easy to love what I do, and who i do it for.

You guys are incredible, and sometimes I wonder what I did to deserve having all of you in my life, and on this journey with me.

So from a somewhat broken gal, currently on the mend, I truly, truly thank and love you all. You guys are the best.

Hey Everyone!

I hope you all are doing fantastic and are looking forward to the summer months ahead!

Just need to make a quick post to let you guys know of a little situation that has occurred.

40 so far has been tough, and that saying about "taking a rest before your body takes one for you"has come to be my current circumstance. I took a tumble trying to go down my stairs last night and, as a result, have suffered a hamstring injury. I am currently in a brace with crutches until I can put pressure on my leg again, which i am very hopeful will be soon. The doctor said at least a week but I'm hoping for sooner.

I have unfortunately had to cancel my cleans for the rest of the week and weekend to give myself some time to let this thing heal as fast as possible. I'm very hopeful to not have to impact any further cleans but it may be neccessary. I will keep all impacted clients updated as much as I can and I truly apologize for any inconvenience!!

Any questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out! Wish me luck in figuring out how to move with crutches, and to stop trying to use my leg that doesn't want to leg!

Happy February everyone!!

January is finally over and while it went fast for me, it felt like it took forever at the same time which is a mind bend in itself. I hope you are all doing well with the first month of 2025 now over.

Just want to touch base on a couple of things quick between cleans today.

Just a reminder that as of yesterday (Feb 1st), my new rate of $40/hr GST incl came into effect and will apply to your cleans going forward.

Next thing I want to touch on is scheduling. As most of you know, my schedule is fairly packed. As of right now, I have about 45 clients on a regular rotation and do work 7 days a week to accommodate everyone. I typically have one Saturday off a month and this year I will be making more of an effort to keep that day blacked out for booking cleans. In the past, I was booking it if needed. But I'm hitting a big bday next month ( the number sounds way to serious for my liking and I'm not sure how to feel about it), but it made me realize I'm getting old and that time off is becoming more neccessary lol. I typically have 3-4 afternoon spots on the weekends for those clients looking for an occasional clean and can accommodate weekend cleans, but those do tend to book up more often than not. That said, I will always try my best to accommodate scheduling changes as needed, but it's crucial that you run them by me directly and not amongst yourselves if you happen to know of other clients I may work with. Due to timing and other factors, it's not always as simple as just switching with someone so I appreciate it immensely when you guys come to me with any conflicts so I can do my best to work them out with minimal effects to the rest of my schedule. I thank you all in advance for the cooperation!

Lastly, I just want to send out a gentle reminder that payments are due on the day of the clean. I completely understand that sometimes things come up and am absolutely willing to work with you, I just ask for a heads up. Don't need details just a "hey, I will send payment ###xx". It's super appreciated and normally not an issue as long as I know. With my schedule being so packed, my days get long and to be honest I really prefer to avoid having to reach out and ask when to expect payment. Its usually not an issue and you guys have been great with this. I appreciate all of you everyday that I get to do this line of work. The little things go a long way for me. So thank you!!

Hey hey hey!!!

I want say a HUGE thank you to all of you and your extended kindness and thoughtfulness this past month. It has been overwhelming amazing and so appreciated. Thank you for thinking of me during such a busy time!!!

I have made it to the end and am officially off for the next 3 days. I will return to work on Saturday Dec 28th, hopefully energized and recharged to continue on providing you all with the service you've all come to know and expect from me. I will most likely be turning off the world for a bit, so will be replying to any msgs once I'm back.

I'll still get to see some of you before the end of the year, but I want to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!! I hope you all get to spend some time with those you love and also enjoyed downtime!!

I will see you all in 2025!!!

Heeeeey Everyone!!!

I hope you all are doing well and hopefully things aren't too too hectic with the upcoming holidays!! What a time, what a time, what a time...

I have spent the last month informing all my clients about the rate increase coming in February, and you all have been so supportive. These things always cause me a great deal of anxiety so I absolutely appreciate your grace and support. It means alot, and always blows mind how lucky I am to have you guys!!

I have made it through my insane stretch that ends tonight, as I have tomorrow off. I am very much looking forward to a full day of whatever I want lol. My mother in law is a saint, and picked the kids after school, so I actually have the entire evening to myself until Dylan gets home. I honestly don't even know what to do!! Ack!

Regarding time off. I have informed affected clients, but I will be taking Wednesday Dec 25th to Friday Dec 27th off, and will be returning to work on Saturday Dec 28th. I will also be taking Wednesday Jan 1st, 2025 off as well.

I am very much looking forward to a couple days with the kids and family, relaxing and winding down from all the chaos. I hope all of you get some time to spend with your people/fur fam as well!

And lastly, I want to send a shout out and a thank you to my daughter Madeline, for sending me the video of the new toilet paper fold you guys have been getting lately. The feedback has been incredibly positive and it seriously cracks me up every time it's mentioned 🤣🤣🤣. I'm so glad you guys are as amused as I am, and who knew this was an upgrade I needed?! So thank you Mads, and thank you to all my clients for allowing me the space to practice and try new things.

You guys are absolutely amazing and I appreciate you all so so much.
