🤲 Healing happens when we’re met with understanding, not judgment.

Living with addiction can feel isolating, but support rooted in respect and community can make a difference. Healing is not a straight line — it’s a process shaped by courage, patience, and connection.

At NACM, we meet people where they are. We walk alongside Relatives with care, offering space to reconnect with culture, community, and self — one step at a time.

If you or someone you love is seeking support, our doors remain open.

🌿 “Choosing to keep going is an act of courage.”

Progress isn’t always easy to see. Sometimes it looks like choosing rest, asking for help, or simply staying present through a difficult day.

At NACM, we believe every step matters. You don’t have to walk this path by yourself.

🌿 Our teachings remind us how to care for ourselves and one another.

At NACM, our work is guided by the Seven Sacred Teachings — values that shape how we show up for community, with love, honesty, humility, and respect. These teachings ground our approach to healing and help create space for reflection, balance, and reconnection.

Traditional practices and medicines are shared with care, honouring generations of knowledge and lived experience. Through ceremony, time on the land, and community support, healing becomes something we walk through together — never alone.

If you’re exploring recovery and looking for culturally rooted support, we welcome you to reach out.

The ribbon skirt carries stories — of resilience, identity, and belonging.

On National Ribbon Skirt Day, we honour the strength and beauty of Indigenous women, girls, and Two-Spirit people who carry culture forward with pride. Each ribbon and stitch reflects connection — to family, land, ancestors, and teachings that continue to guide us.

This day is also a reminder that cultural expression is a right. Wearing a ribbon skirt is an act of visibility, resistance, and love — a way of saying we are still here.

Today, we stand with those who wear their culture proudly and with those who are still finding their way back to it. All are welcome. All belong.

🌅 A new year invites reflection, renewal, and hope.

As we step into 2026, we do so carrying our stories, our teachings, and the strength of those who came before us. This year is not about perfection — it’s about continuing forward with intention, care, and connection.

At NACM, we believe healing unfolds in its own time, supported by community, culture, and respect for one another’s paths. Wherever this year meets you, know that you deserve balance, support, and moments of peace along the way.

May 2026 be guided by kindness, courage, and shared strength.

We’re grateful to walk this year together.

On this Winter Solstice, we welcome the return of the light. For many Indigenous communities, this time marks a season of reflection, rest, ceremony, and reconnecting with the teachings that guide us through winter.

The Solstice reminds us that even in the darkest moments, light always returns — slowly, gently, and with purpose. As we gather with loved ones and honour our ancestors, may we embrace the stillness, acknowledge what we’ve overcome, and open our hearts to renewal.

❄️ May this season bring clarity, connection, and peace to your journey.
