“I’m good.”
Honestly… this is one of my favourite things to hear from a client.
Because when you say I’m good, it means you’re not feeling bad.
You’re not exhausted.
You’re not overwhelmed.
You’re not sad, stressed, or dragging yourself through the day.
You’re good. And we don’t celebrate that enough.
Think about the last time someone asked, “How are you?”
Did you say “good”?
Or did you launch into “I’m so tired… I’m stressed… I just want to go home…”?
We get so used to talking about how worn down we feel that we forget how powerful it is to simply feel good. To be okay. To be steady. To be in a place where your mind and body feel aligned.
And the truth is—feeling good doesn’t just happen.
We create it.
By moving our bodies.
By showing up for ourselves.
By choosing habits that support our energy instead of drain it.
By doing the small, simple things that remind us we’re capable and worthy.
So today, focus on the things that make you feel good.
Because “good” is a damn good place to be. 💛💪
