I remember when my kids were little and they wanted to ‘workout’ which typically lasted about 5 min and more of a headache than not. Now, when they want to workout they choose push ups, burpees and weighted squats…I love it 💪🔥👊🏻
I also love showing my girls what it’s like to put in the work of consistency to be strong. That feeling of pride when the workout is done, is wonderful to share with a high five
