I used to go all in on January goals, then hit December wondering why none of them happened. After enough disappointment, I stopped setting goals altogether… and ended up having one of my most unproductive years. What I realized is that vision wasn’t my problem — structure was. This year I’m setting yearly goals, then breaking them into 3-month focus and monthly action, and it’s made consistency feel doable instead of overwhelming. Seeing how my daily effort connects to the bigger picture has been a game changer.
