My focus is to create a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment for my clients as they navigate their recovery journey. I utilize a range of counselling techniques to tailor treatment plans to my client's unique needs. No two journeys are alike, and I am here to offer guidance and support every step of the way.I am dedicated to assisting you in making lasting and constructive changes in your life through proven psychological techniques.
Modalities that I am trained in are CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, Strength Based Approaches, Solution Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy and EMDR Therapy. I have experience helping people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, self esteem, confidence, relationships, communication, abuse, personality disorders, anger management, chronic pain, addiction and developing new habits. I am also a certified personal trainer with a background in nutrional wellness which allows me to provide a wrap around approach to wellness and health. I provide counselling for individuals, couples, youth and families with the option for in person or virtual sessions.
