The Accessibility for Manitobans Act became law on December 5, 2013. The purpose of the legislation is to provide a clear and proactive process for the identification, prevention and removal of barriers that prevent a significant portion of the population from full participation.

1. Technical Committee for Emergency Measures, and
2. Technical Committee for Wayfinding and Signage.
