Our communities are disproportionately impacted by high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, and heart disease not because we’re weak, but because of generations of stress, barriers to care, and limited access to wellness resources.
So this month, we don’t just celebrate history, we protect our future.

Strength training isn’t just about muscle or aesthetics.
It helps:
