Foundations Massage was created to provide specialized therapeutic care for its clientele. Each team member brings focused intention to every therapy session, providing the client with the treatment best suited to their needs. Our remedial massage therapist are trained in modalities such as: deep tissue, myofascial release, advanced treatment techniques, sports massage, trigger point therapy, joints mobility, remedial exercise, swedish relaxation techniques and pregnancy massage. Each client will be treated as an individual and cared for in that manner. The Foundations Massage Therapists will be looking for ways to help you improve and strengthen your body, to ease and soothe your aches, to support your overall wellness and health.
