Mobility and stability work together to keep your body moving efficiently and pain-free 💪✨

Mobility refers to the ability of a joint to move actively through its full range of motion, supported by healthy muscles and soft tissue. Stability, on the other hand, is the ability to control that movement—keeping joints properly aligned and supported through strength and coordination ⚖️

When mobility is limited, other areas of the body often compensate, leading to stiffness and strain. When stability is lacking, joints can become overloaded or move poorly, increasing the risk of irritation or injury. Most common aches and pains come from this imbalance—not just one or the other

Massage therapy can play an important role by reducing muscle tension, improving tissue quality, and helping restore more natural movement patterns so your body can find that balance again 🙌

We have some exciting news to share with our clinic community! 🤍✨

Our wonderful RMT, Michelle, is expecting a baby! 👶🍼 We are so happy for her and her growing family. Michelle will be heading on maternity leave starting in June as she takes time to welcome her little one and enjoy some special time with her family. 💕🏡

If you’re one of Michelle’s regular clients, we would love to help you continue your care while she’s away. Our amazing team of RMTs will be here and happy to welcome you, and we’d be glad to help connect you with another therapist who is a great fit for your needs. 💆‍♀️✨

Neck & Shoulders – Tight, stiff, or sore? Stress often sits here, causing headaches or limited mobility.

Jaw (TMJ area) – Clenching or grinding your teeth? Your jaw can hold a lot of tension.

✨ Clinic Enhancements are Happening in April ✨

We’re excited to share that starting in April, we’ll be rolling out a few enhancements to better serve our clients—including expanded clinic hours. These updates are designed to provide more flexibility when booking and to support our growing community.

With our expanded hours, we’d like to share a few important notes to help ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone:

• If your appointment is scheduled outside of receptionist hours, the front door will be unlocked 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
• At all other times, the door will remain locked, as there is no receptionist on site.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we continue to grow while prioritizing the safety of both our clients and therapists.

Receptionist Hours:
• Monday: 1:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 1:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:45 p.m.
• Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
• Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
