Your little ninjas can explore the joys of movement at their own pace with our Mini Ninja Open Gym! We use our smallest and softest equipment so your kiddos can play freely in an environment perfectly tailored to them. We are also excited to announce that we are introducing a NEW Mini Ninja Open Gym time, beginning THIS SUNDAY, April 19th! Alongside our Friday night open gym time, Mini Ninja will now ALSO be running on Sundays from 4:30-6:00PM, offering all the more fun times for your little ones 🤗

Welcome to the Playground

Serratus Personal Training launched in 2007 with the goal of helping people improve their lives through fitness, strength, and wellness. Over the years, an extraordinary community has developed, as people came together to achieve their goals in a fun and supportive environment.

We introduced new techniques and concepts in getting the most out of life through functional movement, and our Serratus Movers spread the word. Our family grew. And now, we have a new home.

Serratus Movement Centre, located on 55 Henlow Bay, includes an exciting expansion of services and amenities:


  • A state of the art fitness facility, with 8,300 sq/ft of space
