Happy Monday! Today we are working on Generating Swing Quickly, something important for our Ninja athletes!
Generating Swing Quickly- ie: being able to get max power in one swing. This helps so much with efficiency when navigating courses (not getting too tired/pumped too soon) and also helps save time on both speed and strength courses.
