Join us for this FREE event, Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 11:00 am at Bruce Park (1966 Portage Ave, Winnipeg). Live butterflies can be reserved for a $40 donation at https://palliativemanitoba.ca/events/love-takes-flight/ and released at the event in memory of a deceased loved one. If you are unable to attend, the butterfly will be released by a volunteer on your behalf. All donations will be receipted in full and go towards ensuring Palliative Manitoba’s future through our Endowment Fund. Don’t miss this unique event!

***HIKE FOR HOSPICE***
Registration for the 24th annual Hike for Hospice is now open! Join us May 24, 2026 at Blue Cross Park and Hike to raise public awareness for hospice palliative care. This major annual fundraising initiative will help advance the hospice palliative care initiatives right here in Manitoba. Though the event is a national initiative, all money raised stays here helping the dying and bereaved in our own community. Qualified hikers receive tickets to attend the Winnipeg Goldeyes Baseball Club game following the event and the top fundraising team wins up to 4 registrations to the Annual Palliative Care Conference in September!
