It may not feel like Spring, but if you are in Spring Cleaning mode - we are now accepting all gently used fitness wear! (Tanks, leggings, sports bras, shorts, even gently used runners etc) from NOW until May 23rd!

After the 23rd we take our collection of donations and make a little Shop n Swap market where you can come buy clothing items for only a toonie! This invite is extended to the local community and over the years we have had some great items go home with some very happy people. 🤍

All money is donated to a charity of TYBs choice as well as any left over items are donated to a shelter or a program that is looking for these types of items. (Where we have donated has changed from year to year depending on where items are needed)

Every item you bring in will get you an entry to win a cute little gift basket that I have yet to make up. (But will post when I do!)

Want to workout from home? I have some virtual class options available! If you can’t make that time slot, register for the virtual still and a copy of that class will be available to you to play at your convenience.

We are ONE WEEK away from our Spring Open House!

We have some wonderful makers (tagged in this post) as well as classes taught by:

(better backs and happy hips)
(ELDOA, TRX, and 3 reformer classes!)
(Pre/Post Natal Pilates)
(Meditation and Barre)
And some TYB Spin, Core and Barre classes taught by Heather and Kristy.
