Ten-year-old Thom lives with a rare genetic disorder causing limited mobility. Thanks to donor generosity, Thom's family was gifted a Tomato chair, a support which has truly changed his life.

Every day, local children and youth with complex medical needs rely on specialized care and equipment from Rehabilitation Centre for Children. One of those children is Thom, a kind and curious 10-year-old who has faced significant medical challenges since birth.

Born with an ultra-rare developmental disorder called HNRNPU, Thom requires specialized support to participate fully in daily life. Thanks to donor-funded equipment, including supportive seating and an adapted bike, he’s able to get outside, explore parks and playgrounds and share meaningful moments with his family. Your generosity transforms these experiences from dreams into reality.

We’re still buzzing from yesterday’s Winnipeg Jets visit! 🏒🧡

Young RCC Jets fans and their families enjoyed a special opportunity to meet their favourite players at the Winnipeg Jets Meet and Greet. The energy at SSCY Centre was incredible as the youth connected with the team, collected autographs on their gifted Jets gear, and proudly shared their hometown spirit.
