Neighborhood foraging is fun! I do get some curious looks and a few questions 😆
As per usual I winged it! Washed, boiled in just enough water to cover the berries, squashed and removed the skin & pits, strained, the reboiled with 1 cup of sugar. Yes, you heard me….SUGAR 😱‼️ I plan to use a small amount + soda water…among other ideas 😏
