I'm Charis Johannson, the Founder and President of CharisOnLife. First of all, I would like to thank you for visiting the CharisOnLife website. You are changing my life by allowing us to be a part of your life. I had a header on some of my social media accounts that I wrote a few years back, and truthfully I think I still hold true to it. "Let me not be judged by what I have and have not accomplished but by the remarkable children I have raised. Mother, Business Consultant, Entrepreneur, Designer, Artist." I have added a few more accomplishments to that list but the premise remains the same. The most important job we have in life, and the one that will make the most difference in the world, is the children we raise. They are our future leaders, mothers, and fathers; the experience we provide to them will affect the generations to come. Jobs will come and go, people will come and go -- the one thing that remains a constant is the legacy we leave behind. My kids are my legacy, and hopefully I have provided the right tools and guidance along the way to help them continue to be the genuine, caring loving children that they are. At this juncture in my life, it's about giving back. I have accomplished all the things I coach, so I know firsthand about the trials and tribulations on this road we call life. I was given a gift, one in which I am able to connect with people on a heart to heart level. People have always confided in me and have always come to me for help and guidance. I want to now use this gift to help people on a larger scale. Intrinsically, it is my passion, and it is my life purpose. Oddly enough, I took the long way around finding out exactly what that looked like. I would like to save the rest of you some time and effort by taking the road less traveled, perhaps make it easier or at least less daunting. I come to you with years of education and work experience, and I've either had to live through many of life's challenges myself, or help others cope with theirs. I believe that the best education that you can have is actual experience, it is a priceless commodity.

Finally escaping from our home, our street, our city. I felt nervous and apprehensive about leaving our very carefully curated bubble of 19 months. It’s been so wonderful to see some new family faces especially this gal. My soul sister from another mother, one of my besties and my inspiration to be as kind and giving as she is. Our trip to to pick up some nice bottles of Wine with my cousins Postill Grapes was the amazing start to our amazing evening. Thank you to the boys for putting up with our shenanigans 😂 🍷🤍😘 special thanks to the incredible for setting up such a great evening 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

My sanding get up, I HATE drywall dust, it’s killing me. But… it’s gotta be done. The downfall of designing a space with so many corners…. Have to drywall them., ugh, what was I thinking. We are getting close on the basement reno, primer is going on tonight!!! Flooring is ready to go in and Kael is getting excited to move into his man cave lol.

I saw this quote today and thought…yes….this is what we all should be prepped with before “finding love” or “falling I love” or searching for love. Set your children up for success, give them the right expectations about relationships, life long relationships. How come no one talks about this?
