Hello everybody & Happy New Year 😀

Rewind Laser Clinic will be temporarily closed for a few days. If you have an appointment currently booked that is affected by this you will be contacted. Unfortunately sometimes things happen that are COMPLETELY out of my control. During this time we ask that no new clients/appointments book any appointments online for the month of January (until otherwise noted) and please book beginning in February as I am going to have to move around appointments that were missed & rescheduled. During this time I really appreciate everybody's patience and understanding in this stressful situation and I will work quickly to contact and reschedule every one of you. Thank you and I appreciate every single one of you who support me and help me run my business.

Just a friendly reminder to our existing clients & new clients about our cancellation policy.
We are currently booking approximately 2 weeks in advance, especially our evening appointments. We reserve this appointment for you. :)

If you miss your appointment you are required to pay our cancellation fee of $50.00.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you are required to pay our cancellation fee of $50.00.

If you are 10 minutes or more late, you are required to reschedule and pay our $50.00 cancellation fee.

This cancellation policy is posted on our website, in the clinic & in the treatment room.

We thank you for understanding this and help keep the day running smoothly.
