We went all the way to Italy for the good stuff—and this time, we brought back a story.🇮🇹

At a skincare conference in Italy, Our Director met Clara Macchiella Corradini over pasta (the most Italian business meeting possible). She founded Bioline Jatò in Trento in 1979—and “Jatò” is woven into the brand from her sons’ names, Jacopo + Tommaso.

Fast-forward to Winnipeg: we invited the team here, trained, and now we’re introducing our newest Bioline drop—next-gen boosters featuring exosome + peptide technology (the kind of formulas that make your routine feel instantly more “clinical".

We brought Sports Massage to Ten Spa because our clients kept telling us the same things: muscle tightness, stiffness, aches/discomfort, and limited flexibility—often caused by everyday life like desk work, repetitive jobs, training, stress, and posture. We listened, and we built a treatment to meet those needs.

Our Sports Massage (performed by RMTs) works on deeper muscle tissue using advanced manual therapy—myofascial release, stretching, and joint mobilisation—plus a therapeutic approach that supports how you actually move.

What it helps with:
• reduce built-up tension
• improve movement + mobility
• support recovery
• help prevent injury

Your first appointment includes a full therapeutic assessment so we can pinpoint what’s driving the tightness and build a plan that makes sense for your body.
