Holiday Closure Notice 🎄
As the year draws to a close, we will be closing our doors starting December 24th and reopening on January 3rd. This allows our dedicated therapists and staff to truly rest, recharge, and spend time with loved ones.
We are incredibly grateful for the trust you place in us and for being part of our community.

Knead to Unwind is partnering once again with the St. James Assiniboia Healthy Aging Resource Team (HART) to support The Community Pantry. This project makes a meaningful difference for local residents, and your generosity can help it grow even stronger 💛🎀

About The Community Pantry
The pantry provides non perishable food, toiletries, and household cleaning supplies to anyone in the community who could benefit from a little extra support. It is located inside the St. James Assiniboia 55+ Centre and is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

How you can help
We are inviting our community to contribute items such as:

🍲 Non perishable foods

🧴 Toiletries

🧽 Household cleaning products

A donation bin is set up at our clinic reception area, and you are welcome to drop off items during our regular hours.

We will be collecting contributions until December 22 🎄🎁

Your kindness brightens the season and brings comfort to those who need it most. Thank you for being part of a caring and supportive community! 🌟
