We are thrilled to announce that Jayson is joining our team as a Registered Massage Therapist. A graduate of Wellington College, Jayson specializes in everything from Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage to Cupping Therapy and IASTM.

This class blends a slow Vinyasa flow with healing sounds and intentional movement to provide a full body and mind refresh. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just starting out, Vanessa offers creative sequences with plenty of options to suit your comfort level.
