15 Minutes a Day Made a Big Difference!
This patient came to our clinic with upper back and left shoulder pain they had been dealing with for over a year. The pain was often worse in the mornings, and the patient kept saying, “I feel too young to feel this way.”
They had also started to notice that their posture was getting worse, with more rounding developing in the middle of his back. A car accident the previous year had made the symptoms even worse.
We started with the McGill Big 3 exercises, postural exercises, and 15 minutes per day on the Denneroll to help restore the natural curve in the spine.
Today, the patient reports feeling much better. Most days has no pain at all, and only notices some discomfort after a very long physical workday.
They are now continuing with maintenance care, along with postural exercises and daily Denneroll to help maintain the progress and keep their spine strong.
Small daily habits can make a big difference.
