Here is something else to put your heart into.

I listened to an interview last week by Lloyd Burrell (Electric Sense) with Prof Andrew Hague who warned that EMF issues are more serious than the current COVID pandemic because the symptoms are much more subtle and not getting the publicity they should. We are NOT made aware of the dangers of EMFs (ElectroMagnetic Frequencies) emitted by our cell phones, Smart phones, Bluetooth, WiFi and modems. Those who are sensitive to EMFs are like the canaries in our midst wanting to warn us of the dangers of 5G (the 5th generation of wireless cellular network technology). Fatigue, insomnia, headaches, brain fog, depression, anxiety and skin problems are but a few of documented symptoms related to electro-pollution which plays havoc with the electrical activity of our neurons and our nervous system, weakening our immune system, opening the possibility of serious medical issues which increasingly weaken our resiliency when exposed to viruses like COVID.

Needless to say that I am a concerned resident, concerned about thousands of small cell antennas that are being planned for Winnipeg. Moving Toward Whole Body-Brain Wellness

Starting on Wednesday, 15 January 2020

This three-session class will give you an opportunity to reflect on what you are doing or can do better to maintain health and wellness in your life. We will discuss how the complexity of underlying brain, body and heart issues can blur the lines of diagnoses and make wellness a challenge. You will explore what negative or positive choices could be affecting your wellness strategy regarding brain, body and heart issues. In each area, you will explore some choices that are available to you in your quest to live life to the fullest on your own terms. Since you are the one living your life, you have “insider” knowledge that no one else has. You are the expert on YOU and you can recruit members to your wellness team so you can go “for the long haul.”
