Acknowledging and validating the impact of the now sickening Corona virus thingy is in order but we must also stay hopeful and realistic because this too will definitely pass. In the wisdom of one renowned First Nations elder, here in Winnipeg, besides the recommended precautions of social distancing and intentional hand-washing, we can heal ourselves through talking on the phone, crying our hurts out, laughing, yelling, yawning, dancing, sweating and I add prayers and meditation, healthy eating, good-old exercising and healthy bed-room politics 🤣❤
