Navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, birth, parenthood, or loss can bring joy, uncertainty, grief, and everything in between — sometimes all at once. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Perinatal Therapy offers emotional support for individuals or couples during pregnancy, postpartum, parenting adjustments, mood or anxiety changes, and experiences of infertility or perinatal loss. This is a space to be heard, supported, and gently guided through whatever this season holds.

Perinatal therapy is offered by Cara Altomare, Monday/Thursday/Sunday afternoons and evenings.

She offers compassionate, trauma-informed individual talk therapy for teens and adults, and also provides parent coaching using the Circle of Security model — a supportive approach that strengthens connection and understanding within families.
Chelsea supports individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationships, self-esteem, parenting challenges, trauma, and more, always leading with empathy and respect. Her integrative, person-centred approach creates a space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood at your own pace.
