MAY is MENTAL Health Awareness. I am challenging everyone to take 3 slow, deep breaths each day of May. "No one's too busy to take three slow breaths" Here is how to do it: Breath in through the nose, pause, then breath out through the mouth, making sure your lips are softly puckered, further on the exhalation. Let's add another wonderful benefit to the breath. On the 3rd breath out, do a long AHH sound, sliding home to the heart to start your day. Sounding is a great way to stimulate the Vagus Nerve.Your brain and body will be thankful. Here is to a healthy month of May.
