Stay home is not bad at all. Lots of things that you can do. Just set your mind and body to overcome the boredom. Giving 30 mins to 1 hour in a day will change your life. I usually expend my 1 hour for myself, we need to love and take care of ourselves. TIPS: Instead of drinking soda, coffee or chocolates too much find alternatives that will benefit to our body, before bedtime or while doing exercise I recommend to drink hot Green Tea it helps to digest food fast and decrease cholesterol. Just look at the photo below, you will see the benefits of stationary bike exercise and drinking hot green tea.

Due to pandemic, if we have a chance we need to keep moving to maintain our body healthy and away to sickness.
TIPS: after doing the normal routine inside your house do some yoga, home exercise or do stretching to avoid back and neck pain for just 30 mins.
