November is Men’s Mental Health Month!
Confluence Counselling is so fortunate to have a therapist who specializes specifically on men's mental health! Patrick Mateo MSW, RSW understands that not everyone fits the same approach or is comfortable in an office setting. Patrick offers outdoor and community based sessions and can use activities, such as fishing, biking, walking, canoeing, and snowshoeing to assist the therapy process.
