New Year, new scents, new levels of relaxation. 🌿✨

I’ve curated a special collection of oils for you to add-on to your January treatments to help you transition from the holiday hustle into a grounded 2026. Whether you want to feel cozy or awakened, we have the perfect match:
• Ginger Snap (Saje): For that lingering holiday warmth and spicy comfort. 🍪
• After the Rain (Saje): To clear the air and start the year with a fresh, clean slate. 🌧️
• Birchwood (Myo Miracle): A wintergreen scent that can be described as sweet, warm, and spicy. ❄️
• Japanese Mint (Myo Miracle): The ultimate “wake-up call” for tired muscles and stubborn tension. 🍃

Your treatment is entirely customizable. We can blend these to create a scent profile that feels exactly like the “new start” you need.

The end of the year and the holiday season can be stressful. Massage encourages deep relaxation by easing muscle tension and helping to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.

If you ever needed an excuse to get a massage, this is your sign (but you never need an excuse to go). You can learn more about the benefits of massage therapy here: https://mtam.mb.ca/about-massage-therapy/benefits-of-massage-therapy-2/

Hi there! 👋 I wanted to re-introduce myself, again. 🤭

I'm Cassie, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who’s been practicing in massage therapy for 10 years now. I graduated with my 2 year (2200hr) Massage Therapy Diploma from Wellington College in 2015.

I take a client-centred, treatment-based approach to massage therapy. It is important to me that my clients leave feeling like they got what they needed out of the treatment. I will often recommend stretches or exercises if I feel it will benefit my clients.

My specialty is treating temporal-mandibular joint disorder (TMJD) by accessing the muscles of the jaw through the mouth with intraoral TMJ massage, as well as externally through the face and neck.

I also have additional training in breast massage, cupping therapy and have many years of experience with perinatal massage, repetitive strain injuries, pain management, deep tissue massage and relaxation massage.

What I find interesting about massage therapy is that every massage is different, it's a constant learning experience. What works for one person may not work for another, you're continuously adapting to suit the needs of your clients, I really enjoy that variety. Something to know about me is I really try to empathize with my clients. I hold no judgement, I understand life gets busy and stressful and I appreciate the small victories; like taking the time to schedule a massage even if it's been a year since your last appointment.

I recently moved my practice and am now seeing clients at my new office located at 960 Portage Ave. Unit 303

Thanks for being here! I look forward to helping you reach your wellness goals. ✨💆🏼‍♀️

A groundbreaking discovery suggests that a simple face and neck massage could help the brain stay cleaner and healthier. Researchers at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology have identified a network of tiny lymphatic vessels just beneath the skin in the face and neck of mice and monkeys. These vessels drain cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which removes harmful proteins such as beta-amyloid, a major contributor to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Previously, scientists believed these vessels were located deep in the neck, making them hard to stimulate. But with special dyes and a new type of anesthesia, they found them much closer to the surface. To test their function, the team created a small device that gently stroked the animals’ faces and necks. Just one minute of this massage boosted CSF flow by nearly three times, with older mice showing fluid movement similar to young mice.

Early tests in monkeys reveal similar promise, and researchers have even identified comparable vessels in human cadavers. While more studies are needed, including trials in Alzheimer’s models, this gentle, non-invasive method could one day help people reduce brain waste buildup, potentially slowing age-related decline and lowering disease risk.
