FILLING YOUR CUP
"Filling your cup" has become this sort of art. An art of balance ... the balance of pouring out and being filled up.
If you've ever felt the pull to go from one finished (or maybe even unfinished) task to another on repeat. Or feeling overwhelmed by your “plate," you're not the only one.

When was the last time you made sure your cup was full or ensured you weren't running on empty? It may be easy after a long day of running around to check out, scroll our phones, or engage in mindless tasks. What if, instead, we took a moment out of our days to engage in something that fills our cups? Something that betters us gives us more energy and puts a pep in our step.
