Who said team outings have to be dinner, drinks, or sitting around?

We took things to Serratus Movement instead… and it was unreal. The energy was high, the laughs didn’t stop, and the staff made the whole experience even better.

It was also such a cool reminder that the work we put in translates… getting to showcase our strength and see our progress in real time, in a completely different setting.

Stronger, closer, and leaving with a smile. That’s a win 🤝

Bet you wouldn’t guess this is my top carb choice for fat loss…

Hands down, POTATOES. 🥔🥔 Yes, you read that right.

And honestly I'm so confused as to why people are still demonizing them. Probably the same people who are demonizing strawberries and carrots for having too much sugar (I say 🖕🏼 to that, too 😜).

They’re literally one of the lowest calorie carbs you can eat — about 120 calories per cup.

They’ve got more potassium than a banana.

And they’re actually filling… which matters a heck of a lot if you’re trying to lose fat and not snack your face off an hour later.

It grows from the ground.

You pick it. You cook it. You eat it.

That’s it.

Meanwhile people are cutting potatoes… but living off processed “healthy” carbs that do nothing for them.

Quick context because it matters — they are higher on the glycemic index. So if you’re insulin resistant or diabetic, pair them with protein and fat to help stabilize blood sugar.

But for most people?

They’re one of the easiest, most satisfying carbs you can build meals around.

And they taste amazing!

My go-to: air fryer, a little rosemary olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Done.

Stop cutting carbs.
