We had the honour of being awarded the 2026 Canadian Choice Award for Alternative Health Services and we truly couldn’t have done it without you. 💜

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, helped us grow and told their friends about us.

7 years ago when I started incorporating energy healing into my massage practice I used to say I was “healing the world one person at a time”. Today with the help of my incredible team and our community we are able to reach so many more people and our goals of making this world a better place are able to grow.

Cleanse your home.. with a potato 🥔

This is an old folk magic trick to clear dense energy from your space. Just cut a potato in half, place it in the area you wish to cleanse with the cut side facing the room. Leave overnight for the potato to absorb dense energy and in the morning toss it in the trash.

Potatoes are grown in the ground and are powerful tools for earth based magic. The most popular potato spell being the potato hex but there are many ways to use a potato in your craft. ✨
