Huge congratulations out to my team who joined me in February to complete 100 squats per day and raise funds for Canadian Cancer Society Some days those 100 squats really burned. But we are all stronger for the hard work and dedication. Great job team!

Some people have recently asked me how much training do I do for triathlon. Outside of classes and personal training clients I have logged 20km swimming, 574 km cycling on my indoor training, 102 km of treadmill running and 50 km of cross-country skiing for outdoor cardiovascular training.

21 602 push-ups were the total banked by my team in the This is unbelievable. Everyone worked everyday in February towards completing 2000 push ups each. I am also so proud of how much money we raises for and this money will stay location in Interlake Manitoba.
