We hope you have a safe and happy long weekend, here are some tips to keep yourself mindful of your body and health, it doesn’t forget about you 🌸

🌞Drink plenty of water, especially when we are active and outside, we require extra hydration so our bodies can function at their best
🌞Be mindful of your posture while sitting down for long periods of time (ei, fishing, boating, ect) get moving and stretching every 30 minutes
🌞Apply sunscreen a minimum of 20 minutes before sun exposure and re-apply sunscreen every 2 hours, sooner if you are in water
🌞Remember, we are here for you, we look forward to seeing you back in the office on Tuesday, May 23rd
