This Mommy Makeover Transformation is Incredible!!

This patient came to Dr Avi Islur looking to restore her body after pregnancy and achieve a more sculpted, balanced silhouette. Despite diet and exercise, she struggled with excess abdominal skin and changes in breast volume and position.

To achieve her desired transformation, a customized combination of procedures was performed:

Breast Enhancement:
A breast procedure was tailored to restore volume, improve shape, and create a lifted, natural-looking result. This step helps bring balance back to the upper body while enhancing overall proportions.

Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty):
This key procedure removed excess skin and tightened the abdominal muscles, addressing separation caused by pregnancy. The result is a flatter, firmer midsection and a more defined waistline.

By combining these procedures, Dr. Islur was able to create a more contoured figure, helping the patient feel more confident in her body again.

Not all breasts are identical and that’s completely normal.

By customizing volume, fullness, and projection for each side, we can enhance overall size, shape, and symmetry. In this case, a 445g implant was placed on the right and a 420g implant on the left to create a more balanced, harmonious result.

✔️ Breast Augmentation — Most patients are back to work in just 1 week. If your job is more physically demanding, plan for 2-3 weeks off.

✔️ Breast Lift — Typically 1-2 weeks off work.  

Everyone heals differently and everyone’s job has different demands.  Return to work and activities will be discussed thoroughly at the time of your consult.

Can breast implants make you feel cold?

The answer is yes, they actually can!

Silicone implants don’t warm up instantly, and when temperatures drop to around -20°C or below, some patients notice that extra chill as the silicone takes a little longer to reach body temperature than the surrounding tissue does.
