🎾 What is Tennis Elbow?

Despite the name, you don’t have to play tennis to get it! Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is caused by overuse of the forearm muscles and tendons - leading to pain on the outside of your elbow.

💥 Common symptoms:

• Aching or burning pain near the elbow
• Weak grip strength
• Pain that worsens with lifting, gripping, or twisting
