We meet every 2–3 weeks for 2 hours of hands-on exercises, practice, and gentle mentorship. It’s a beautiful space to build confidence, deepen your awareness, and explore your spiritual path with like‑hearted people.

Happy New Year!!!
I would like to apologize if Ihave not been available for the last 6 months and I miss all of my peeps.
I was hit by car walking to the parking lot at the U of M and was off work for 4 months plus going to Dr and Physio appointments every week.

I will be reading out of Shea Tree Wellness again and taking appts after 5pm on weekdays and Sat Sun starting at 10:30 am.
