If your knee pain isn’t improving, it’s usually not a lack of effort.
Most people fall into one of two traps:
- Doing too little / avoiding movement altogether
or
- Doing too much, too soon
Both can keep your knee stuck in the same cycle.
The goal isn’t complete rest or pushing through, it’s the right amount of movement.
Enough to build it up, not enough to flare it up.
