🥶 Too cold to go outside? You’re not alone.
When Manitoba winters hit hard, staying active doesn’t have to mean braving the cold. A little movement indoors can go a long way.
Ideas to stay moving inside:
• Walk loops through your home
• Light stretching or mobility work
• Bodyweight exercises (squats, wall push-ups, sit-to-stands)
• Short movement breaks throughout the day
• Following along with a quick workout or yoga video
It doesn’t have to be perfect — just keep moving. Stay warm and stay safe out there!
